Speed Golf

  1. Object,:If tied for number of strokes, the quickest one is the winner. 
  2.  A trivia question is played behorehand to determine who goes first and second, and who wins in case of a tie.
  3. Running Is illegal in speed golf.  At any time, if both feet are in the air while approaching the ball, a 5 second penalty if the reach of that step was beyond one radius of their twin footprints when standing still.  Three or more consecutive violating steps is also a stroke penalty.  Each instance is also a 5 second penalty.
  4. Addressing the ball without glasses is a 10 second penalty.  A stroke penalty will be added if ball is putted while not wearing glasses.
  5. Startoff… Your ball is placed in the previous hole and you are one meter away from the hole to start the run.  Two dice will be thrown and the same number will apply to both players.  They must wait a silent countdown of three seconds plus whatever sum shows on the two dice to cross the starting line.  If youcross prematurely, 10 seconds plus double whatever time was remaining in the countdown will be assessed and the run will count and not be restarted.
  6. Timer stops when the ball physically hits a Bluetooth Speaker placed in the cup.

 

Quiz Golf:

  1. Object:;Answer a trivia question,  get a putt.  First one in the hole wins.
  2. If no one is in the hole by [ (par plus 1) times 2 ] questions, a tiebreaker question determines who must “Cup-in or Caput.”


Trick shot Putts.

  1. Whoever has honor chooses whether they want to be visitor, home, or is in control of the final shot. 
  2. Near the green, you make single putts, Basketball HORSE style.  One person positions a ball and names putt stipulations.  If they miss their inning ends.
  3. An unfulfilled stipulation counts as a miss, even if the putt is otherwise good,
  4. If they hit it, opponent gets a chance to copy that shot.  If the copy is good, inning ends.  If not,  originator gets one point and gets another shot until either he fails or opponent matches.
  5. Players alternate being proposer for 2 innings, with 1 extra single inning if tied.
  6. A single shot fourth inning has both people propose a shot.  Whoever has final honor can choose from   a) who will putt, b) which ball to putt from, either corresponding or opposing shot or from either fixed ball.  Or c) take a deferment and choose the other person to pick either choice A or B opposite whatever choice one picks for themselves.  If the person who goes scores a point  and opponent faildls a match, he wins.  If he fails or opponent matches, opponent wins. 

Best birdie.

  1. Object, People putt par minus 1 shots.  Whoever has honor chooses either first or last during an alternation.  
  2. If a birdie putt fails, the ball is left on the course and is measured at the end if necessary.
  3. Fewest tries at birdie when successful wins. 
  4. If no one makes a birdie after 2 tries on a par 3 hole or four tries on a par 2 hole, points are awarded based on measurements.  Putts are ranked with the farthest part being worth 0 points and each closer parts being worth one more point then the previous ball.
  5. If both people either make their birdie on their first putt, or make the third birdie putt, or miss all 4 shots,  and the ranking gives them equal number points or if a measurement is exact to the nearest millimeter cause a split point and an equal score, they shall play Grenade golf. 
    1. Whoever has the tiebreaker Advantage by shortest single birdie will choose whether they want to start the bid or want their opponents of start with a bid.
    2. Both contestants bid on how close they can make a birdie putt.
    3. Ranges will be expressed in metric units to the nearest millimeter, with approximate UD measurement conversions upon request.
    4. All bids must be at least 10% shorter than the last bid.
    5. If you don't think it's to your advantage to bid lower, you could say “cup in or kaput” and your opponent must make the birdie shot within the designated number of centimeters. 
    6. If they are that distance or closer,  they win. If they are not they lose.

  

Bocce Golf.

  1. Just like Best Birdie except there is a target ball and the object is to putt your balls as close to the Target ball or to knock other balls so that that happens by the end.
  2.  People can knock each others's balls around
  3. A  Trivia question determines who gets to make the choice of whether they want to go first or second in the putts.
  4. Whoever goes first putts (either once if on a part two hole or twice if on a par three hole) the target ball, then plays their first ball.  Then players alternate turns.
  5. On par 2 holes four balls are putted the balls are ranked 7 to 0.   On par 3 holes, each person gets 2 balls.
  6.  , whoever has the advantage in the tiebreaker can either choose to put their furthest ball within 20 cm of the target ball , or if less than 40 centimeters in distance away, at worst cut the distance in half, or force their opponent to do the same with their respective furthest ball  If they succeed they win if, they lose.
  7. DO NOT cup any balls.  If the object ball is cupped in, whoever putted loses.  If a regular ball gets putted, if their own, they get the lowest possible current position, or if their opponent’s ball is cupped in, the opponent gets the maximum points possible for the ball.
